Tonight's sunset was taken from Bowness on Solway.  A busy day today, dentist in Silloth this morning.  Don't tell Tess but I went for a short walk along the promonade afterwards whilst she was at home.  Its quite nice there and I really must go back with her for a proper walk.  Back home for a late breakfast and then into Carlisle for groceries!
