The Blue Elephant

It's a gorgeous Asian-fusion restaurant in an old Bank building in Pottstown PA. (about an hour's drive for me)

Romantic doesn't quite capture its essence. It's remarkable 1770 landmark architecture. All the original brass work, bank vaults and light fixtures remain intact to celebrate the building’s rich history. There are Mediterranean olive trees and green tea bushes, velvet blue booths and light blue curtains draping the 30ft high ceilings.
I was there over a year ago and it popped up on my FaceBook page the other day. So I text my friend to plan another outing ..... soon I hope.
