Sunny sandals

Well to be honest it wasn’t sunny by the time I took the picture but I have enjoyed two lots of sunshine with friends today. Early afternoon the lovely Taz GF came round (with the now mandatory courgette of course) and we sat in the garden listening to the neighbour angle finding the back of their house as part of fitting new bifold doors in the next few weeks.

Then made pancakes for three of the four young people in the house who had been up until the early hours and at least one had a hangover …


Then over the water to dinner with some of the lovely book group lot. We went via Folkies to give a chair to one of the group. Then a lovely dinner and sitting outside chatting. We missed Folkie and enjoyed each others company.
