Women rule

This morning we had a walking tour of Cartagena which started in the rain and ended in the sunshine. The city is very picturesque and every corner you turn there's another photo opportunity. I decided not to take my camera out as I wanted to just enjoy the walk. During the tour our guide pointed out a man who was being interviewed explaining he was a former mayor of the city and he was with a presidential candidate, presumably endorsing him. She wasn't keen on either of them. She's also not a fan of the current President which is not our experience so far. Although he's not well liked on a personal level, his policies seem quite popular with people we've spoken to. But will he deliver is the question.
