3920. New Terrarium

My husband bought this a couple of days ago, it will be corked soon according to the instructions!

Had a very frustrating afternoon trying to sort out our holiday insurance travel claim after our battlefield tour had to be cancelled.

They asked for pages of documentation to be emailed to them then claimed the print is too small for them to read!

I’m not sure I can fix small print on documents so we’ve printed out everything and the whole lot will be posted to them tomorrow. We’ve replied to their email telling them that these are what we have and it will have to suffice!

They even asked for details of our cancelled flights which we’re not even claiming for….no idea why? EasyJet have already settled our claim for the flights, it’s just the cost of the holiday and one additional hotel stay that we’re claiming for. They certainly don’t make it easy!
