Garden Party

SATURDAY

The hot weather continues. It was perfect for our  trip over to Prestatyn, where we had been invited to a garden party in aid of Dementia Positive Prestatyn.

The garden was huge and alongside the food, there were plenty of activities to enjoy: archery, giant Jenga, Connect Four, croquet, and more. 

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I already knew Linda, the organiser and I also found lots to talk about with the other guests — a couple  were keen bowlers, another was an avid runner.

And I can’t forget to mention the absolutely fantastic cake (see extra).
