A very dull, muggy morning ..... not favourable conditions for walking.

My first job this morning was to visit the recycling centre, at my pre-booked time, to get rid of an old header tank and some associated pipe work that had been left in my loft. All that remains in that vast space is an old desk, two IKEA bookcases and the inverter for my solar panels. No one will have to worry about clearing my loft once I am not here!

Walking in Pollok later on I saw more butterflies than I have seen for a while. This Comma flew around and landed at my feet .... much easier to photograph than butterflies on a Buddleia bush that was growing in a fairly high raised bed.
