Fresh Mackerel

and we are some miles from the coast!  There is a place in the nearby town where you can order fresh fish direct from Billingsgate market in London - and it is delivered.  Being used to eating mackerel caught on the same day from Chesil Beach in Dorset I was ready to be critical - but in fact was very impressed as it was very fresh.

The heat was very oppressive and humid today so after taking Z for a walk in the woods we stayed inside til supper - eaten outside - and went to sleep!
