Saturday saunter without covid
It turns out that Martin caught covid on the cruise (floating Petri dishes, I say), although, I’m very much covid free.
He was feeling poorly yesterday, so we dug out the old test kits from the attic, to find that the liquid had evaporated, so off to Tesco I went to get some new ones at £2.50 a pop. Anyway, covid was confirmed for him, while it confirmed I was fit as a fiddle. Today’s tests returned the same results!
Anyway, the upshot is that as he is restricted to barracks, we will miss our three fringe shows, as I don’t fancy going into town to see them by myself. No worries, as this is very much a first world problem, with what’s currently going on.
Hence my saunter to Port Seton to get some steps in and a blip.
Martin is currently reading in the garden and I am thinking about making some scones!
Have a good Saturday all.
BTW, thank you for all the kind comments on my VJ blip yesterday, they were all very much appreciated.
