Sandpipers

We had a walk which contained all the dog walking elements on the beach this morning. One encounter with a Tibetan terrier we've met before which was fine, then a less fine one with a beagle where they both ended up a little upset, then a few distant barking, 'what are you doing on my beach' ones and one where the other human didn't want to risk them playing as it wasn't her dog and she didn't trust it. All in all not too bad. It looked like it might get stormy, but didn't and people were in swimming, kids were building sand castles, one guy was doing his exercises in the sand. Grocery shopping next on the agenda.
