Sir Billy

A quick back blip for me from yesterday as we made the journey over to Wigan to watch them take on table toppers Hull KR.
Not the best of journeys due to volume of traffic and roadworks a journey that normally takes 2hrs 45 minutes ended  up been 3 hours 45 minutes in rather hot weather and the aircon looks to have failed so need to get it checked out possibly a leak on the pipework . upon getting to Wigan we found burger king was shut for refurbishment so it had to be KFC which I am not a fan off. 
We got to the ground and before going in I walked around the other side of it to take a photo of the Sir  Billy Boston stand he is the first rugby League person to receive a knighthood .
Into the ground early as our stand was a sell out and we wanted to get a good seat as it is unreserved seating. The crowd was in good voice but sadly the team let us down as we got beat 10 - 6 a few bad referring  decisions didn't help but we made a lot of silly handling errors probably trying to hard.
The journey home was a little better taking 3 hours 15 minutes with a stop I can normally do it in 2 &1/2 without a break  so getting home  at 1.45 it was straight to bed for us after doing bathroom jobs
