Attracted by the berries

After a few days of bright sunshine in almost cloudless skies, today has been overcast and rain returned mid afternoon. Before the rain, I heard the unmistakable sound of  Kereru flying by  away onto the clump of berries of a Nikau. I had a long look at it as it stayed there. 

Went and got my camera. Had to change the lens and put on the telescopic lens. And it still stayed. Long enough to get one of my best photos of a Kereru.
