Nasturtium

Slept OK - ish but still felt very tired today.  Had a lazy morning and waited for my phone appointment call from the Eye Clinic.

Phone call came around 11.30am.  They finally got the results of the glaucoma test.  I don't have glaucoma at the moment.  There is a risk I could develop it so I need to have another test in 6 months time.  I was so pleased to get this good news.  Something positive... and one less thing to worry about.

I got a bus to the Co-op this afternoon.  Saw Amy who goes to my slimming group and we had a nice chat.  I walked home.

My route home took me through the allotments and I kept looking out for flowers for Flower Friday.  The only ones I saw were a patch of these nasturtiums growing wild in among the hedgerow.  Thanks to BikerBear for hosting the challenge.  Sending good wishes to her as she has a badly broken wrist at the moment.

After unpacking the shopping - and a box of stuff that had arrived while I was out - I sat down in the armchair for a rest and fell asleep.
