We need rain.

Really hot this morning so we decided on a quick walk with Stanley. We drove a couple of miles to Baitings Reservoir near Ripponden.The reservoir has dried to a point where an ancient packhorse bridge has been exposed and the bed was once a lake now resembles a desert landscape.
We had a lovely walk and feasted on the blackberries, quite a few ripe but lots still to come.
After our walk we headed to The Booth Wood Inn to celebrate Mr PC birthday.
