New Dawn

Stayed over with G and D last night. They are both busy today as volunteer guides at York Minster so we headed home after breakfast and were back by lunchtime.
This lovely rose greeted us on our return.
Still chasing exchange of contracts on the house. It might possibly be Monday, but we’ve been here before.
