Peacock Butterfly
By the Pickering tourist information office is a buddleia bush, which I was reliably informed a couple of days ago is a magnet for butterflies at this time of year. Sure enough, it was covered with the fragile little creatures. I had to borrow Ann's camera to capture this as my fancy-schmancy Leica (that cost twice as much) is rubbish at macro! So maybe she'll blip a butterfly too...
