Had a 9 am with Kat and a 12 pm where Jo did a healing session in Helen's Mastermind - which I joined.
New cleaner was here too. 
A Brazilian girl who will sub Pamela until she had her baby.
I went out for a coffee before preparing for Hamish's MAT session at 4 pm.

Neil was in Lvingston.
The session went great - although over time ... again.

Blipping my coffee set up - I like writing when out.
