Ladies that lunched today..! 

The Links in Liphook has overtaken the Deers Hut, as principal choice for daytime dining out.. their chips are vastly superior, haha..!! 

Then the rest of the day continued as expected til the evening, when there was a merry-go-round of texts to several plumbers, trying to track down one, not on holiday, without a bad back, registered to the right affiliations & boiler make, who could come out at short notice to repair a hot water issue.. 

I was very impressed at how many were happy to text back & forward until 9.30pm or so & the fact that there is one coming out on Friday morning now..
