A Good Crop

Went for another walk at West Harling this morning, seeking shaded rides rather than the sunnier ones which may have yielded butterfly portrait opportunities. Although it's part of the commercial Thetford Forest the West Harling area shows remnants of its more relaxed woodland days, with a mixture of species and some beautiful mature trees, including some very productive sweet chestnuts.
