A small Tortoiseshell butterfly on the Buddleia

Today has currently a temperature of 26,4c in our living room at 5:55pm and in the conservatory 86f.

Yesterday indoors the temperature for a while in the front room was 30c. It was too hot and I was sweating badly.

I try to avoid complaining seeing it as self indulgent ingratitude!

I try seeing the good in life.

The sunshine is beautiful but the garden is very thirsty. I save water specifically for the edible plants and then the non edible beautiful flowers.

Butterflies continue to enjoy the nectar of the Buddleia and bees visit the flowering thyme.
