One sleepy head

It’s been a stressful day. I was up just after seven so as to be round at R & S’s house by 8am ready for the gas engineer who was due to arrive between 8am and 12.00.

I was due to attend a quilting group from 10.00 to 12.30, so B came round to hold the fort after ten. The outcome was that the gasman didn’t turn up yet again. This company is unbelievably incompetent. The meter is malfunctioning and has been for months.

I needed to attend the quilting to hand over a job that I had done for someone, book for a weekend event in October and let them know that I’m on holiday in September.

By the time I got home I was ready to sleep.

The moggie in the blip is Calvin, he didn’t stir until 10 am and was having a stressie at the presence of a wood pidgin on his lawn.

The only person who has had a win win day is R. She has been working in London since Monday and flew out to Riyadh this afternoon. She was very pleased to be upgraded to Business Class when she checked in. Looks as though she will be well fed and watered on this flight. !!!
