Big Ball

These balls are located in Sheffield, between the Peace Gardens & Winter Gardens. This area has been a relative success over recent years in terms of re-developing a city centre space. The angular building in the back ground, slightly left, is another new multi storey car park. I often wonder why Sheffield City Council are happy to keep on allowing 'developers' to build car parks on prime land in the city centre when there is not much worth driving into to town for other John Lewis and M & S. Surely there can be much better use of city centre space than for car parking? This must be the 3rd or 4th one in as many years
