Tiny Tuesday!

This rather beautiful phlox has made it into flower even though it is only about 8 inches tall instead of two foot tall. The seeds came free with a gardening magazine and suffered from the sacks of bad soil we bought. The barely grew so eventually I got this one in to the ground where it is happier and has put on masses of growth since. The flowers are gorgeous so I hope it survives the winter and multiplies for next year. We have had an electrician here all day changing our fuse box. Tomorrow he will connect our two supplies into one for the first time. No more double billing and then perhaps we will be able to get a smart meter… finally might get to work out what it costs to charge my car!
