Vendage

Heavy rain and thunder were forecast for today but it didn't materialise, nor did the heat so I have managed to do a bit of work in the polytunnel. It was in a scandalous state but is now looking slightly better - at least you can get in . One of the perks is you can pluck a grape as you labour -and very sweet and tasty they are too - hmm, you might notice  few are missing from this bunch!
We've just had a swim - very pleasant but there are a lot of little clear moon jellies floating around today, and jumping fish!
