All around the wee lochan….

was burned in the big Muir fire of last month, but grass and bracken are coming through. Some flowers survived and are blooming, Tormentil, Heath, Heather, Scabious and Sundew on the waters edge. Even better, some creatures seem not to have been affected. Wee toadlets  were hopping around and the Dragonflies were loving the sun, mating Black Darters, blue Common Hawkers and blue tailed damselflies! Hope!
