Notes: Was awake in the 5a hour watching the weather ... was still dark tho and curled back in, didn't wake up till 8a! Slow morning, fed the cats, did some moving around to loosen the body. Coffee and online thru the morning and afternoon - gray all day again and a little rain here and there. Did several hours on Michelle D's stuff. Did Essentrics around noon and later warmed up the last chicken sausage and the leftover filet and mushrooms for an early afternoon meal w/ mushroom coffee and tiny side salad (had to throw out most of the arugula). Late aft shower and sent out the newsletter I'd been putting together. Set up a couple more soc med posts then for BrainTap this week. Fed the cats ~530p. Quiet night.
