the 12th

what a strange day.

TKM was accosted by the Radish hating neighbour with a screamed greeting that included the c word and a demand to enter his flat to see what he was 'up to' - we had to laugh - because he thought there was a meth lab or similar.  it was more likely that he was on drugs than TKM was!

it's very hard to know what to do with such a difficult neighbour.  we are actually becoming a bit frightened by him.  the last few times it was controlled rage, this time it was uncontrolled, and we fear how this could escalate.
