August cheat!

The batch of marmalade I made with Seville oranges last winter has now been consumed, and as my husband is very fond of it with his breakfast oatcakes, I bought a tin of MaMade.
Seville oranges ready sliced, just add sugar and water it says on the tin. Ready in 30 minutes.
With some scepticism, I decided to put this to the test. Half an hour? It usually takes me most of a day!
But yes, it worked, and I produced 6lbs of very tasty marmalade while cooking the dinner!
Brilliant!
