Tortoiseshell Butterfly

Went for a drive out today, thought we were going to quiet areas, but not to be the good weather and middle of the summer holidays, everywhere was manic, so went home and spent a few hours enjoying our own garden.
So much going on in the wild flower patches, but liked the picture of the Tortoiseshell butterfly on the purple  Buddleia which is looking at its best now.
