Tuesday 12th August, 2025...

WOW what a day...

My flight home was delayed, I had to get a taxi from the Brisbane airport to home, I dumped my bag, grabbed my car key and headed to my squeezed GP appointment... I could have  DVT... He sent me for an Ultrasound but 3 places couldn't do it and it's a Public Holiday here tomorrow... So I went back to my GP to ask what I should do now... He said Hospital Emergency... I went home, unpacked some things, packed a bag for waiting at the hospital... I got to Hospital Emergency about 6pm to be told it's likely going to be a 4 hour wait to see a DR and their Ultrasounds finish at 10pm...
It ended up taking 5 hours, I got a blood thinner injection as a precaution and I have to be back there before 8am to have an Ultrasound to see what the plan will be...
I'm finally home in bed, it's now 12:24 am and I'll have to be up about 6:30am...
