Missed the best

It rained on and off through the day.

W did some strenuous weeding in the garden before being fully rained off early afternoon.  S came round to dig more turf, but only managed ½hr.  He'll be back at the weekend.

I had another lazy day, though I did put clean bedding on.

W pointed out the rather nice sunset, but I missed the best.
