The Opawa River….

This morning I drove out to the small reserve beside the Opawa River. Ruby and I walked the reserve a few days ago. She loves this little place not too far from home. This morning we did a couple of circles of the area. The river is settled and mellow after recent flooding. Ruby paddled… The first time she scrambled down the bank into the water she panicked a little because she had difficulty scrambling back up the bank. A very grubby pup….And smelling of mud and silt. A challenge to clean her up!
