Beach Day

Woke at 3.45 feeling unwell, so I was made to take it easy all morning. Thankfully my cold has eased but I have a strange feeling of pressure in my sternum and waves of nausea. Hardly eaten a thing all day but I didn’t let it stop me from spending an afternoon on the beach. It was really great fun, as we took the kayak for its maiden voyage.

George wanted to be the first in with R, so here they are in the shallows.
