New crop

The forest is pretty much lost all its fallen cones to those who either collect them, or use them as fire starters/fuel. A squatter camp not so far away has probably had most of them.

Tell tale signs of a new season being around the corner, with some trees popping with blossom, and lime green buds appearing on branches. My favourite time of year.

A productive day done, a good outing with the pooches done, and a final episode of Dept. Q done without us being confused between it and another detective program.

Not a bad day all in all.
