Nearly high tide

Aqua aerobics this morning which was good. I’m getting to know a lot of the moves now and keeping up better.

Bits and pieces this afternoon but then an impromptu late afternoon dog walk on the beach. We are still in the summer exclusion zone so could only go on this side of the pier which is fine, as the tide was nearly full in anyway and the other side of the pier didn’t have much sand left to walk on.

Try as I might, the theme of chaos didn’t fit, so I didn’t bother changing the picture to mono either!
