Richard fancied visiting "Go and spend lots of money on things Outdoors" in Edinburgh this afternoon so off we went.
Having given Robin the heads up he arrived on his bike to meet us.

After looking at and buying lots of things (including a new bike basket for me! ) we strapped Robin's bike to the roof of the car and headed along the road a bit to Newhaven and had dinner in The Peacock Inn.
Dinner done, we headed back to Granton and dropped Robin and his bike off again .... he set off to cycle back to his flat and we came back home .
