James: scourge of chaos (MM604)

Gill and I are in Leeds helping our son with decorating a couple of rooms. His Shark, battery powered, cleaner was proving not to be up to the task so James has joined the household and earned his keep well today.
James is basically a Numatic Henry without the cable winder built into the top.
Dust, dirt and general gunk all flee before him :-)

As some of you will know, painting is not my thing so I have been put onto surface preparation which is much more aligned with my abilities.
Stuart is on an upper floor, so my new skill is cleaning lichen from the outside of UPVC window frames, while not falling out :-)

Edit: more geekery - we replaced the old thermostat with a new ‘smart’ Tado version
