Lawn Cemetery

I was in Springfield Cemetery, Bray today at the funeral of a former student of mine. There is a controversy over the layout of the graves. The notice tells it all, some of the graves are very well laid out with flowers and ornaments. Because it is a lawn cemetery, any grave that has anything on it will be removed, flowers included. It is due to happen next week and as you can see there is a lot of ill feeling about this. I would not like to be the person who has to enforce this ruling.
