Dog sitting Day 1

So far so good!
Mac is feeling very comfortable here and has even jumped up on our laps to snuggle. The grandchildren LOVE him! He is a good watchdog too. He doesn't let so much as a butterfly go passed the doors or windows without 'protecting' us with is bark.
I think this is going to be good for all of us and since he is used to being walked, I will do the honors and get my sorry ass out the door to walk him each morning and evening. We are looking into getting a puppy soon anyway so I better get used to the routine.
It's a beautiful day today and we are going to visit friends in New York. It is a really nice ride up there and I'm looking forward to listening to some good music and enjoying the views.
