Challenging
When we bought our bungalow in Shropshire, nearly three years ago, we inherited many things.
Some were good, some....not so good.
We have a very large building on the property which 'knowing locals' refer to as the turkey shed. It is a tumble down shameful excuse for a shed. It is rotten, full of wood worm and inhabited by all manner of small wee beasties. The best thing for it would be to burn it down.
But we can't. Because we are in a '"conservation zone", we are not allowed to do anything with it without proper planning permission from the Parish Council, Shropshire Heritage and Shropshire Planning Authority.
I am not paying people to tell me what I can and cannot do on my own property, so for now, it stays.
I hate it with a vengeance, and even if it does provide me with an occasional blip, I hate it!
Has anybody got a box of matches.. ..
