Wild Swimming

This is Beacon Tarn just west of Coniston, it’s a beautiful place. I drove to K’s at Scorton and she drove us on to the Lakes. She’s a local so knows all the back roads. Pluto and Connie came too. Connie is all grown up and well very trained. It was her first swim. I had quite an audience watching me go in so once I had got changed there was no going back. It was wonderful once I got used to the rather fresh temperature. All in all a memorable experience.
