How many years?!

We cunningly combined a birthday and a wedding day to ensure we either forgot neither or both... We've been married for more than half our lives, and somehow that's a good thing! I'm a lucky man...

Greg and Cathy, and Brendan and Sarah, popped over for afternoon tea. I'd not primed Janet for this until this morning, hoping to surprise her. In the end I had to 'fess up, at which point we scuttled off to M&S for comestibles.

Another super hot day and more to come. The muddy scrape under Greg's foot isn't his fault - the lawn is barely surviving the drought, while Brendan is trying to half the wear and tear under his own feet...
