My ball!

I met with Helle and her girls for training today. 

I have felt better than yesterday, but taking the boys for a walk after training still felt like a lot.

Training was good though and I've felt ok this afternoon too, so it's progress  :-)

My picture is Xmas with a small squeaky ball he got from the Japanese team at the World Championship. He's very excited about it.
