Glen Catacol

We had another splendid walk this afternoon up Glen Catacol, near Lochranza.

Once again there was plenty of heather and waterfalls as we followed the burn upstream.

Sadly, there was no Monarch of the Glen to be seen ( red stag ), and no sign of a Golden Eagle either...

As we drove back to Corrie we came across a stone circle ( one of several on Arran ).
