We walked to the beach in the morning. Surprisingly there are not many walking paths or footpaths in places one would expect them. We watched as whole families descended on the beach, all set for the day. We watched too as the parking warden got busy ensuring non illegal parking.
I cycled to the supermarket in the afternoon, google recommended a route which took me over some part of the Camino, I was glad my panniers were empty at the time! I came home the more straightforward route on the road.
I finally tried the local bean stew for dinner, Fabada. I liked the flavour but not all the meat. It didn't like me either, enough said.
The ruin on the left is typical of this region, square homes on 'stilts'. Many have been thoughtfully renovated and are lived in.
