On The Beach

After fighting the traffic to meet Matthew for coffee, I decided to abandon the car and just walk from home after lunch. It was so hot! The revetment was peaceful but Ventnor beach was heaving! I’ve never seen it so busy. It was good to see children in the sea. I wondered how the more popular beaches on the island fared today.
