Cycling through Lanarkshire is not glamous, its not like the small historic, pretty villages that litter the Tour de France. Its rough roads, angry drivers, fly tipped laybys, deprived mining towns and run down petrol stations.

…however the rolling hills, green green vegetation and big skys make up for the rough edges. Next time I'm out, ill try and capture a more positive side of Lanarkshire.
