More Beluga Whales...

I've been working on my Beluga whale photos that I took with a GoPro camera during our trip to Churchill Manitoba a few weeks ago. I took the originals in video, transferring and then 'cleaning' them up has been...challenging. The water was very murky and green from the living organisms in it. I'm happy with the results so far and wouldn't have had a chance at these images without the GoPro. I turned it on and then, using a 5ft. selfie stick held it underwater and hoped for the best. Luck certainly played a much larger role in this effort than skill of any sort. The three whales in the top left photo are swimming along upside down, following the Zodiac, something that they do often. The photo in the right top corner shows a mother with her very young calf. Most likely only a few days old. Obviously these photos were not taken today, for that I ask forgiveness. MeaCulpa! Wishing All of Us a Very Peaceful Week.   m
