Common Brimstone

I like these but don’t see them so often as other butterflies so I don’t think they’re all that common.
When I saw this on the buddleia I dashed out with my camera still with the telephoto lens on and still the same settings as last night which I used for the moon.
This worked out quite well as I was able to take the photo from several metres away so it wasn’t scared off by my lumbering around far too close with a macro lens. I also still had it set to spot metering, so I got the dark background. Bit too dark probably but anyway I like it.
