Cake

Weather forecast said it would rain today, and it did. No gardening for us today. Turned my attentions to baking. Don't get much opportunity and when I do I haven't always got all the ingredients.

A couple of apples had been sat on the counter and needed using up, quick trawl of one of my cook books and settled on an apple crumble cake and surprisingly had all the ingredients.

Very tasty, especially with a splash of custard !
